Q: How do I get a copy of my transcript?
A: You can contact the Registrar's Office about a copy of your transcript or diploma.
Q: Where do I find the form for a Provisional
A: The Provisional Appointment form can be downloaded by clicking here.
Q: How can I get a list of Alumni in my area?
A: You can receive a list of alumni in your area for CAA purposes only by contacting Kyle Mims. The list is in print format only. No lists will be emailed. ***Lists can not be provided for political solicitation.*** To find an alumnus/a in your area try the CAA Online Community.
Q: How do I find an Alum's Phone Number or
A: Phone Numbers and Addresses can be given to other alumni only. Contact our office staff to assist you in this search or access our database via the CAA Online Community.
Q: I didn't sign up for the reduced/pre-graduation
Life Membership rate, is there anything I can do?
A: Yes, there is. For one year after graduation, alumni can still receive a $200 discount off the regular rate. This $500 special rate is payable over 5 years. Visit the Life Membership page for more details.
Q: How do I request information about reserving
the Citadel Beach House?
A: The Citadel Beach House is managed through the Department of Alumni Affairs. The facilities team can be contacted about rates and renting these facilities.
Q: How do I reserve a room in the Alumni
A: Questions about reserving a room in the Alumni Center can be directed to the Facilities Manager. Also, many answers to typical questions can be found on our Rental Webpage.
